Winemaking is an exercise in sensuality, a mysterious puzzle, whose small pieces need to be put together for getting the best of transforming grape into wine – fermented grape juice that has the ability to speak to us. It all starts in the good Earth yielding the rich nourishment to the vine which then miraculously passes its wisdom to the grapes. Then with passion, vision, and with an expended concept the vintner uses all his acquired skills to create a great-value wine – a kind of wine that reproduces the character of the region, decodes it and translates it into aroma, flavor and body.
