Wine delivery
Wine orders are delivered by courier to the customer’s address or to the courier’s office specified in the order. The wine is packed in a box and the cost of the packaging is at the expense of Dragoshinov Ltd, with the exception of additional packaging by the courier, if required. The price of wine delivery is at the buyer’s expense and is not included in the price of the products, unless Dragoshinov Ltd offer explicitly states that we pay for delivery to the customer. The delivery price is included in the invoice and is paid to Dragoshinov Ltd, and we pay it to the courier under a contract with him. This allows us to offer customers more favorable prices for delivery. The price of delivery is determined according to the tariff of the courier company for the relevant service and town upon receipt of the order.
For delivery with payment through the courier, the payment method used is postal money order. With it, the customer receives an invoice from us for payment by postal money order for the wine and the delivery, pays the courier the entire amount on the invoice and the amount goes directly to the bank account of Dragoshinov Ltd.
We work with the courier company Speedy in all cases of payment through the courier (postal money order).
If the customer prefers, we can deliver with another courier, but we negotiate the specific delivery conditions and payment method separately for each case.
When paying by bank transfer, we can send the order with a courier specified by the buyer. In this case, the buyer pays the courier only the cost of delivery.
We normally aim to dispatch the goods ordered no later than the first working day after the day the order is placed. However, this is not always possible. That is why the delivery time is 3 working days after the date of the order. In the event of a delay, the customer will be notified promptly.
Deliveries to the city of Veliko Tarnovo and the region can be delivered personally to the buyer.
All customers of the store who have completed at least one order have a user profile.
The user profile is created automatically when ordering and can be accessed at any time. Here you can track the status of your active orders.

Delivery of vouchers for wine tastings
We can send wine tasting vouchers by email when the customer has the option to print their voucher.
If the customer is not able to print their voucher, we send the wine tasting vouchers by courier or by post. The cost of delivery by courier is at the buyer’s expense and is not included in the price of the voucher. It is paid to the courier. The cost of delivery by post is at the expense of Dragoshinov OOD. The price of the wine tasting voucher is paid by bank transfer to the bank account of Dragoshinov OOD when ordering. The voucher is sent after payment of the price. The customer receives an invoice for the price of the wine tasting voucher.
