Invitation to Pelin Day at the Dragoshinov family winery

We have been working for more than a year to prepare our pelin – traditional Bulgarian sweet herb wine. The wine which we will use for Pelin Dragoshinov 2024 is of vintage 2023. During the spring and summer of 2024 we collected herbs for our recipe. Now we are ready to prepare our herb wine, but for this task we will need help! We invite you to join us for cutting fruit, crushing grapes and filling the tank. After completing this important and responsible work, we will enjoy a well-deserved rest with a table prepared with love – delicious food, good wine and cheerful moments! Welcome to our garden – the wine is from us! And if you wish, you can bring something small for a treat to complement the festive table. We look forward to seeing you!
