We start with:
Chardonnay Acacia/Vertical Tasting – Before the premiere with a tasting of vintages from 2020 to 2024. The focus will not without reason fall precisely on this wine, to reveal its enormous potential and the fantastic way in which it matures and develops, to reach you in the form of an elixir in every sip. Chardonnay Kissed by Acacia: The name of the wine conveys its essence: gently enriched with notes of French acacia, which brings a delicate touch of wood. This emphasizes the aromatic profile of the variety and emphasizes its freshness and minerality.

We continue the tasting with:
Chardonnay Family Reserve 2022 – This magnificent Chardonnay, grown in the village of Tsarev Brod, Shumen region, is distinguished by elegance and class. It was aged for 11 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, which contributes to its sophisticated taste.

Riesling 2023 – from vineyards near the village of Venchan is a masterfully prepared project, emphasizing the reputation of Riesling as the king of white wines. A wine with enormous potential, and each of its bottles will undergo development over the next decade! In other words…. Virtuoso performance!

Aligoté 2023 – An old French grape variety originating from Burgundy. The 2023 Aligoté Dragoshinov vintage is gently created from the grapes of a 50-year-old vineyard from the area of ​​the town of Lyaskovets. It impresses with its sparkling, ringing color and subtle greenish hue. And its grassy aromas and strongly pronounced minerality give it a distinctive character!

Syrah 2022 – Made from grapes coming from southern Bulgaria, Svilengrad and in particular from an 18-year-old vineyard near the village of Momkovo. The product of a favorable year without extreme weather conditions, hand-picked and sorted grapes from specially selected rows in the vineyard. Bottled on August 19, 2023, it is distinguished by a rich ruby ​​color with violet hues, an intense aroma of spices and violets and a full-bodied taste with notes of red fruits, mulberry and black pepper.
