- The short answer is “morning to night without a day off.” 😊 But sometimes we have work away from the cellar or what we are doing at the moment does not allow us to welcome visitors to show them our wines or organize a tasting for them. That is why we do not announce working hours and ask you to call or write to us in advance so that we can expect you.
- You can contact us by phone at any time.
- You can call for a wine tasting one day in advance. However, to make sure that we can accommodate your convenient time, it is better to give us 3-4 days to organize our work on the wines and allow enough time for the preparation and the wine tasting itself.
- Yes, it is recommended! Whether you’re just stopping by to see where we are and buy some wine, or you’d like to try the wines, give us a call and we’ll be waiting for you. We do not want to disappoint you if we are away from the winery when you come for a visit.
- This is the most important and busiest time in making wine. That’s when it’s most interesting to visit us, but sometimes we won’t be able to give you enough time and attention. The campaign to harvest and process the grapes usually begins at the end of August and continues until the end of September (although with climate changes the start is increasingly being moved to mid-August). We are accepting guests at this time, but due to the heavy workload, we ask that you call us as early as possible for your wine tasting. If you are just visiting us for a short time, it is enough to call or write to us the day before.
- Yes, we can deliver wine to you in any country of the European Union. For this purpose, it is necessary to contact us and give us the address to receive the order. We will check the price and inform you about it and all other conditions.We are unable to deliver our wines to customers outside the European Union.

- Yes, we have a POS terminal and you can pay by debit or credit card for both wine purchases and wine tasting in the winery.
- You cannot pay by card in our online store, but if you order wine from him, you can pay with your debit or credit card upon receipt of the courier.
- If you wish to buy a wine tasting voucher from the online store, you can only pay by bank transfer.
- On the spot at Dragoshinov Winery you can pay in cash or by debit or credit card.
- In the online store you can pay by bank transfer or upon receipt of the wine to the courier.
- At wine fairs where we participate you can buy wine by paying in cash or by card.
- Our gift vouchers for tastings at our winery are normally valid for 6 months. We can agree on a longer term and please note this requirement of yours when ordering.
- If your loved ones or friends who you gifted the voucher to fail to use it within the time specified on it, we will do our best not to disappoint them and accept them, but it still must be within a reasonable time.
- If you do not receive the wine or wine tasting voucher you ordered, please write or call us. We usually track shipments, but shipping errors are possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
- If you wish to cancel the order due to a delay on our part or with the courier, please let us know in a timely manner.
