Chardonnay Kissed by Acacia vintage 2021 is a wine that continues the trend of creating wines with a delicate touch of wood. We used French acacia, which accentuates the aroma profile of the variety by enhancing the sense of minerality and saltiness. The wine was aged for five months on the fine lees.
