In the not-so-distant past, the herbal wine Pelin from the Kilifarevo area in the central part of Bulgaria was known and preferred by lovers of this traditional Bulgarian drink. Our Pelin comes from this tradition, as we use an old recipe for its production, perfected by our oenologist Daniel Dragoshinov for two decades. Pelin Dragoshinov is a real elixir, for which we use apples, quinces, grapes and 28 different herbs. Pelin is drunk chilled to 4-6 degrees. With the gradual increase in temperature in the glass, its warm and rich aromas and taste are best felt.
