Riesling vintage 2023 is a long-thought-out and prepared project. A winemaker must approach Riesling – the king of white varieties – with extreme care and patience, and only when he is ready to patiently go through the entire path of transformations that the wine undergoes, should he reach for it.

In 2023, we took this step and are now ready to present you the result. A wine worth buying and observing over the years.

This is certainly a wine that will continue to evolve over the next decade. That is why we will only release a portion of the harvest each year.

The grapes for our Riesling 2023 come from a vineyard near the village of Venchan, Provadia, which offers impressive soil characteristics, significant daily temperature fluctuations, and excellent air drainage.

The wine has a vibrant yellow-green color, at this point the aromas of lychee and melon are distinct, combined with the gathering strength of petroleum tones and the aroma and taste of honeycomb.
