Description

This wine is our sense of a red wine. It is a precise blend of 94% Marselan, 3% Syrah and 3% Petit Verdot, all from a 15-year-old vineyard near the village of Momkovo in the Svilengrad region. Altitude about 230 m, hilly southern terrain, cinnamon-podzolic soils. The Marselan and Petit Verdot grapes grow next to each other and were picked and processed together. Classic fermentation without prior maceration. After malolactic fermentation, 50% of the wine is aged for 6 months in a 500-liter French oak barrel (second year).
