The best wine tasting I have ever been to. I learned a lot about winemaking. The personal attitude of everyone from the winery is unforgettable. A phrase by Daniel Dragoshinov particularly grabbed me. It says (I might paraphrase a bit): “In wine I recreate my vision and outlook on life”. The appetizer was made from homemade products and complemented the feeling of home comfort and hospitality.
