Chardonnay Kissed by Oak vintage 2020 is a wine that follows our goal of creating wines in a delicate touch with wood. A 50/50 blend of two Chardonnay wines was used. One is from the oldest vineyards near the town of Lyaskovets, and the other from the village of Tsarev Brod, Shumen region. The wine was aged for five months on fine lees in contact with oak wood. Harvest date: 29 August and 3 September 2020 / Bottling date: 15.05.2021 / Alcohol: 13.5 vol.% / Total acidity: 6.8 g/l / Batch of 1000 bottles
